“I would like to share my honest experience living in this building.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be significantly improved. Common areas are not cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene standards in the building are below expectations. The building also seems to have ongoing moisture issues, which affect overall comfort.
The majority of residents appear to be bachelors sharing apartments, which may not suit everyone, especially families, couples, or individuals looking for a quieter and more private living environment.
From a personal perspective, as a woman living here, I do not always feel completely comfortable, particularly due to the lack of visible security presence. The elevators are also quite slow, which can be inconvenient during busy times.
Additionally, the fire alarm system has been a concern, as it is unclear how reliable it is in case of an emergency.
One positive aspect is that maintenance services are generally covered, including repairs such as air conditioning, minor fixes, and even painting, which is convenient and reduces additional costs for residents.
Overall, while the building may suit some residents, I believe there are several areas that require improvement, particularly in terms of safety, maintenance, and facilities, including overall cleanliness.”

“Building is nice. The only problem is the fire alarm, which is alarming early morning with out any reason. Rest all good. There is a lake in fornt of building, there is chairs to sit and relax, also we can go for jogging in the morning and evening.”

“Failed building in every way. AC is extremely expensive because of the company and price manipulation. No maintenance, no security, no cleanliness, and the fire alarm goes off all the time causing disturbance. The only thing it has going for it is checks, and no one responds to you anyway. It doesn't deserve the current price unfortunately.”
