“I have experienced several issues with this developer. In my apartment, there are many visible cracks and finishing defects in multiple areas. Some amenities that were advertised are missing. I did not receive a response for several weeks and in some cases, months when trying to contact the developer regarding these issues. This situation has been stressful to deal with. Based on my experience, I am completely disappointed with the overall quality and customer service and would recommend others to carefully consider all details and learn from this experience before making a decision.”

“Very noisy area due to ongoing construction, and the windows do not provide sufficient sound insulation. Some units in the building are still being completed, with heavy drilling continuing during the day. There are also visible cracks in the walls, which is unexpected for a newly delivered building.”

“The fire alarm goes off all day every day at all hours and its a screeching fire alarm that doesn't get turned off quick enough so if there is actually a fire nobody is going to take it seriously!!! This system needs changing immediately”
