From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Well maintained brand New Building by Ellington Properties a luxury developer in Dubai. very close to 5 Hotel and Belgravia buildings. The building has all branded amenities with a large swimming pool , Gym , Yoga studio and Steam room. The lobby is very beautiful. The staff and security in the building are really helpful. Value for money and good quality building. Close to the Exit in JVC. Water is cold in building even during hot summer months. The Design is elegant and everything feels like 5 Star Hotel.”

“I’m really impressed with the design of this building, it’s modern, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. The gym is well equipped and even has a dedicated space for yoga, which is a great touch. The pool area is a standout feature: it’s large, clean, and comes with relaxing cabanas surrounded by beautiful greenery. Overall, the place feels like a perfect blend of comfort and resort-style living ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
