“Brand new building from Ellington. The quality of construction is superb, and this building comes with most of the amenities like pool, gym, bbq area, sitting area, and kids' play area. This is a low-rise building with extra parking for visitors. The finishing of the apartments is quality finishing. Overall, it is quite peaceful to live in here.”

“One of the most wonderful building in JVC and amazing community. Quite location but also well connected. Amazing building and apartment quality. Low-raise so not too many people, it looks like living in Europe!! :)”

“It's a great apartment building to live in. The gym is very well equipped and often empty, like the pool. There are not many apartments, so it is not crowded. The security team works fine and is very responsive. Apartments use gas for stoves/ovens (unfortunately), and are not chill-free, so you have to subscribe/pay the Zenner”

“Harrington House is such a great place to live! The building looks modern and stylish, and everything feels really well thought out. The gym and pool are fantastic, and the common areas are super cozy and inviting. The management team is always friendly and quick to help, and the building is always kept clean and tidy. The location is also perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything you need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in JVC!”

“I thought I would write a review based on how the staff and building quality of Harrington house was during the recent storm. I must say I was super impressed with the staff working hard to maintain the common areas and the build quality faced no issue from my apartment area. The Car parking area also had minimal issues as well. Very happy with my investment here. Thank you Ellington and Kingfield teams.”
