“Terrible maintenance. You will be constantly trying to reach them to come fix everything that is broken. And you'll get too tired and just live in a broken flat. I can't wait until my tenancy contract is over. On top of that you need to pay additional for parking. Not for additional parking. For primary parking. A flat is supposed to come with a parking space but no.”

“Very Bad building. I am asthmatic patient and our AC is not working from last 2 days and so called Hassani Group of companies don’t have capacitor to replace. First they refused to take complaint then after calling 10 times they give complaint number but it’s 2 days nothing happen.”

“The only thing that I like is the space of the flat. The rest if not bad it's a worse. The positive side, we choose the building because of the space for the 3 bed room or the 2 bed room is really big. The negative side; The facility is bad, swimming pool is very dirty, not recommended for kids to swim nor a family unless you don't care. The area is not done and i don't think they will finish it. Most of the time 1 or 2 elevator is under maintenance Flow of water is very on slow. Actions when requesting for maintenance is very poor. Sometimes water overflow inside the toilet not because we did something wrong but its because the neighbor did something and we are affected, drainage from our toilet is connected to the flat besides us the water is coming out from our drainage. Last but not the least, sound alarm. It's a very frustrating that most of the time if not everyday its every week, the alarm will trigger even in the middle of the night, any random time, day. Which we are now getting used to it so when the sound starts to alarm we are now ignoring already and it's not really not a good thing.”

“When you find so many negative reviews pointing out, here is one more review. Lets start from the START. 1. No name to the building at the entrance. When you share the GPS coordinates with an outsider, he/she stands at the entrance of the other building. 2. Entrance barriers work weirdly. The entry & exit is very tricky. (Causes damage or scratches to the cars). 3. Poor parking systems. Parking space is super compressed. No way that you can get down freely, while you mind to not hit others car with your car door. That's a everyday challenge. 4. Algorithms of lift systems are super. All you need to do is call the lift a day before, so that you can go up or down today. 5. Door latch system - wait for a day that either you are stuck in or out of your house. 6. Kitchen sink, and the wash basins leak. Do not count on the maintenance team. They won't come. if they do, he might not be the right guy. 7. Washrooms - They stink. 8. Floor tiles - The washroom floor tiles are slippery. Wash it with anything, they remain slippery. Also the floors are uneven in the washroom. The floor wipes are of no use. 9. Walls - Super delicate. You don't need a hammer or a drill. Your fist will do the job. 10. AC & exhausts- Poor setting mode on the controller. It gets too cold, or sometimes too hot. No chance you are able to condition the air. 11. Building management- Poor maintenance of the building in and out. Well there are other points too. I just don't wish to waste more time. There is one positive point. You are free to move out after the end of the contract.”

“This has been the worst apartment we had ever stayed in Dubai. When we moved in, the building was still under construction and we were told it will be ready in a couple of weeks, which eventually took months. The apartment has so many flaws, tiles cracked, grouting not properly done, some walls in our apartment have water leakage (till now they disnt repaint that area, its been almost a year) all finishing in general have some issues. The fire alarm is not even properly working, most of the time the alarm goes off in the middle of the night. The parking is very disorganized, the parking plan is not followed. The AC has a major issue, it is not cooling most of the time (imagine yourself in a sauna between June-Aug.) The Building Maintenance is slow, can’t even properly resolve the issue… it is close to non-existent. The apartment is huge but if you need peace of mind, DON’T stay here. It is not worth it!”

“A very large space and V.GOOD rent, if you are looking for a place for your family, I think you will like this place, the building suffers from some maintenance problems, this is normal for a brand new building as my 10 year experience in engineer, and the owner offers a free month and free maintenance. The landlord needs to increase the number of maintenance workers so that they can finish the work perfectly. I basically came to the building opposite it, both are the same price but the size of the apartment is half”
