“I am the tenant for four years. The Maintenance is very bad and they will charge you for each and everything that you request. I have never seen or heard such a worst maintenance. On top they will add Maintenance charge along with annual rent. Staying because of access near by. will not continue here”

“Building full of cockroaches!!! Very poor maintenance service … Water leakage issue from washroom ..: No one coming to fix from 2 weeks !! Prefer other building in this area AC stops working midnight .. having sleepless nights!!!”
