“When I was about moving Into this building I read the reviews here and thought I was gonna avoid it. However, I had another thought if everything is fine usually we're not Leaving reviews just leaving once we have a bad experience. So let me give you an honest review after 5 months of living in this building. 1. The golf view with bird voices is Beautiful Every Single Day! 2. Building management is so responsive to emails/calls. 3. Security is there for 24 hours and helpful whenever you need them. 5. “The building is super clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were just what we needed. AC worked perfectly the whole time. The community felt quiet and welcoming. Would happily stay again.”

“Avoid this building, bad maintenance…the AC in the common areas is not working for couple of months now with no fixing, maintenance team are the worst. THE WORST AC EVER in the apartment!! you will suffer an issue every month or two, from not cooling properly (units are too small to cover the apartments and they don’t do anything about it) plus very high AC bills because of it.”

“We lived there for 3 years and of course we had some issues but overall experience was nice, beautiful view and mosque nearby, security guys are very good, pool is good but gym is old”

“Lived here for 2 years in the 4th floor. It used to be an amazing building, the only chiller-free building worth it in sports city, but now all owners stopped paying service charges so the management gave up; all amazing security guards changed to cheaper ones, no pest control for the past year so you can see roaches here and there, and ACs in the hallways are going bad and leaking so instead of fixing them they switch them off. Most important point is the quality of tenants; it dropped from middle class to low class with people moving from cheaper areas in the UAE and having zero respect to other tenants, their trash is outside and their kids yelling and playing in the hallways 24/7. General complaints include lack of outlets inside the apartment and most importantly zero insulation and sound proofing; you can hear literally every single thing your neighbor does. Also, my friend lives in 9th floor and he didn’t sleep in months, there’s a gym above the 9th floor and zero insulation or sound proofing, she can hear every single dumbbell on the floor. Avoid 9th floor at all costs.”

“As a tenant for 7 month i advise againt renting here for following reasons:- - maintenance is very very bad, gate barrier not working for past 3 months, smell of trash due to broken exhaust for past 4 months, left maintenance is very poor. - some landlords dont service the flat before leasing it out and u will miss small stuff which u will pay for later from your pocket, i heard this from multiple tenants including my self. - too much traffic in the morning due to the location opposite to the school. -split AC, very very very weak you will suffer during summer and get a bill of 1000dhs for one BHK. The only advantage of the flat is the size as its big compared to others but not worth the headach. Poor maintenance alone will make u go crazy.”
