“The apartments are nice and new, but it’s very, very noisy. Avoid at all costs. The noise is due to constant traffic jams caused by cars trying to enter Circle Mall’s parking, plus a weird generator noise in the middle of the night—it’s genuinely unbearable. We signed for a year and are already considering breaking the contract early. It’s that bad.”

“From a comfort perspective, very comfortable, affordable premium housing, cold water available, excellent pool area, very cozy gym. AC works quietly and smoothly. There's a children's playroom and an atmospheric lobby with security. The entire building is new, everything follows one design, everything works perfectly and everywhere is clean. The building has its own maintenance and cleaning team. But there are nuances: noisy at night because of Circle Mall and the cooling system works strangely - you have to pay for it separately from DEWA. Can't use the balcony (if windows face the mall) because the street sees everything happening like in a shop window. At the construction stage it was a profitable project. Very convenient with Nesto nearby. AC runs constantly, we tried to turn off the meters for winter so it wouldn't be frosty at home, all in vain. Nothing works: tried turning off the control panel and the power supply itself: the room is still cold from the draft that the central AC creates.”
