“Positives: Apartments are spacious. Kitchens are spacious. Location is fine. (Good accessibility) Negatives: Very Bad maintained Building. No ACs in the corridors. (always humid and hot). The Elevators are from the stone ages. Urine smell at the Building rear Entrance. 🤮🤮 AC units in apartments are very noisy with high power consumption. Ventilation systems are bad. (If your neighbor smokes or cooks the odors will be in your apartment). Bedrooms windows cannot be opened. Advise to Developer: If your priority is to save few thousands in the building finishing, maintenance & supplies; your building will become horrible.”

“Excellent Building With lot of amenities and well maintained after the mangment changed. The apartments are very spacious, well maintained and now lobby and security is upgraded.”

“Building is very good but Marf Management is horrible..been chasing them for rain damages repairs on ceiling from almost 2 months and all they do is delay and give excuses..”

“Spacious living area and kitchen. 24x7 security with surveillance. The only issue is bad smell through AC vents, specially cigarette smoke if your Neighbours smoke inside the house.”

“I lived in Hub Canal 2. Its an apartment building in Dubai Sports city. The overall experience is good. Apartments are spacious comparing to other towers. I lived in 1 bedroom apartment and its really great, with a laundry room, storage room and 2 washrooms. Balconies are really small, but not bad at all. the only weird thing, there is no windows in the apartment! If you want some fresh air you need to open the balcony door, which may make your apartment dusty. Location is really great, its near the cricket stadium. Just 12 minutes to Al-Barsha mall, 15 minutes to mall of the emirates. 17 minutes to Ibn Battuta, less than 5 minutes to Dubai motor city and Meaisem city center is just 5 minutes from the property. Building finishings are not that great, you will find some faults here and there, for example you will feel the elevator is very old, although its a brand new one. sometimes you will experience a bad smell in the corridor because of the garbage chute. Thanks”
