“The building carried out maintenance which began at 8.30am involving severe hammering, which caused a crack in my wall. The noise was so extreme that I had to leave my home for a total of two days. I informed security, and they said they would “find a solution.” However, just two days later, they started hacking at my ceiling again. The damage still has not been addressed. As an owner, I am shocked and upset by the level of carelessness and disrespect shown. Based on this experience, I can only advise other owners not to buy here.”

“The building carried out maintenance which began at 8.30am involving severe hammering, which caused a crack in my wall. The noise was so extreme that I had to leave my home for a total of two days. “Posting this for future residents awareness - paid steeet parking for 945aed per month! As from 15.03. So count it on top of your rent. Apartments come with 1 allocated parking space in the basement. No metro and proper public transport in the area. School coming soon on the same street which makes the area even more unliveable.”

“I live in this building for about 3 months so far. It’s a really nice building with great facilities I don’t know why there are negative reviews management is good for people who have their apartments furnished”

“I lived here for two years, and overall my apartment was modern and in good condition, plus furnished. The building facilities are nice. However, there are bad things I'd like to mention: the security guards are not always at the door—sometimes you go out to walk your dog and when you return they're not there to open the door. The neighbors don't respect the common hallway areas; nannies take children into the hallways, they shout and are bothersome.”

“Most of the comments and opinions are lies from brokers or friends. The building is substandard, poor services, management that doesn't deserve to run buildings in Dubai as they don't respond to calls or emails. Headaches, screaming and noise from small children on most floors starting from early morning hours where you can't even sleep or rest. The gym is very small and lacks the basic training equipment. Insects in the pool. To be honest, my experience was very bad and I don't recommend living in this building.”

“Very bad experience, substandard services, management doesn't care and doesn't respond to messages. Small children especially on the fourth floor cry with loud voices and screaming every day starting from 7 AM. I don't recommend living in this building.”

“One of the best buildings in Dubai! I moved to live in this building about two and a half years ago and until now I haven't encountered any problem or annoying thing. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff is very friendly. Also, all the kitchen equipment is German and modern. For the first time I'm living in a home and I don't encounter any leakage problems, noise, or malfunctions. The building is always clean and you don't need to remind them about maintenance. The facilities like the pool are wonderful and the gym is fully equipped even though it's relatively small.”
