“FIRE THESE SECURITY GUYS! They are not polite and very disrespectful and rude acting like they own the place! We had to move out because of them its insane how ppl like them are being hired! And for the owner of these apartments u are losing on tenants because of these security guys btw”

“The building is good, apartments are nice and space is used efficiently. BUT 0 soundproofing, 0 ground rules for people and children yelling in the hallways. It’s not only that you just hear people sneezing in the next apartment, you actually hear it louder because it’s echoing somehow. I would recommend all the owners to do the soundproofing before moving in or renting it out. And as of now there is construction next door.”

“Not a week goes by without someone drilling, morning, evening, weekend, weekday, doesn’t matter Children screaming in the hallway 24/7 like its a child care, slamming doors, voices carrying over the vents - there is 0 sound proofing. The building is clean.”

“One of the most luxurious buildings in the JVC, highly maintained community, well managed and taken care off, it’s a great joint owned property. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet home in a strategic location in the heart of dubai.”
