From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“ICD Brookfield Place is one of the most impressive and modern commercial buildings in Dubai, located in the heart of DIFC. The architecture is stunning, with a beautifully designed atrium that creates a bright and spacious atmosphere. The building offers a great mix of offices, restaurants, and cafés, making it a lively place throughout the day. The dining options are excellent, and the public spaces are well maintained, providing a comfortable environment for both professionals and visitors. Security and cleanliness are well managed, and the overall ambiance feels premium and sophisticated. It’s a great place for business meetings, casual dining, or simply enjoying the vibrant DIFC atmosphere. Overall, ICD Brookfield Place stands out as a landmark business destination in Dubai with world-class facilities and an elegant design.”

“Nice place to chill out in winter as well as summer, you feels like in Europe for sure. For hublebubble (sheesha smokers) you will find a dedicated place around. Beautiful around.”
