“Il Primo Downtown is a hidden gem in Dubai. The hospitality is always warm and welcoming, and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The luxury building is consistently well maintained, spotless, and elegant every time I visit. A great example of quality, comfort, and top-tier service. A special mention to all the staff especially Isaac who goes above and beyond with his service and Aziza who is always so kind and friendly on my arrival. Highly recommend!”

“A great experience at Il Primo Tower so far. I go for the yoga session 4 times a week and the building itself is beautifully maintained the staff is really helpful they all are very attentive and polite i met sheruni maiselym ,mudira,asisa and isaak all are really quick to assist you. Overall 10/10 experience 😊”
