What one reviewer said

“Gorgeous property next to the boulevard in downtown. Brand new, all apartments and amenities feel very premium. Apartments are very spacious and some of them have gorgeous views over old town and the Burj Khalifa. The swimming pool are and the gym are great. Areas of improvement: 1) parking: I don’t understand how a brand new building has such narrow parking ramps, specially to go up. I had a small car and struggled, I don’t want to imagine how that would be with a large car. Getting up to the 5th parking floor wasn’t easy. 2) sauna: there is a steam room in the changing rooms next to the pool but not a sauna. Very unfortunate and hope they add saunas in the future”

“Great building. Ruined by the management. Slow response, 0 credibility, 0 accountability, 0 decision making skills… took away the premium feel of the building with every decision made by management.”
