“Customer service that this developer provides is zero. I called so many times and received no reply. I sent numerous emails and still got no response. You can’t even get a simple service like a move-in permit or a title deed from Deyaar. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. On top of that, because Deyaar failed to update the project’s completion status in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) official system on time, they asked us to settle the handover payment before the project was officially marked as completed. “Customer service that this developer provides is zero. I called so many times and received no reply. I sent numerous emails and still got no response. You can’t even get a simple service like a move-in permit or a title deed from Deyaar. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. On top of that, because Deyaar failed to update the project’s completion status in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) official system on time, they asked us to settle the handover payment before the project was officially marked as completed. As a result of their own delay, they unfairly charged us AED 1,054 as a late payment fee. This was entirely caused by Deyaar’s failure to complete the required government registration on time, not by us. We were assured that we would never have to pay this late payment fee because it was their mistake. However, now they keep insisting that we pay it and continue pressuring and manipulating us into paying for an issue that was entirely caused by Deyaar. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.”

“Excellent project by Deyaar. The build quality is superior to many other developments in the area. Great range of amenities including a gym, Padel court, Swimming pool, Sauna and multiple play areas for children.”

“Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Deyaar. The service charges are ridiculously high and it just feels like they keep finding ways to charge you more. The building quality is also very disappointing — the walls are so thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. It doesn’t feel like your own home, more like you’re living in a shared space. What annoyed me the most is how easily they can fine you for small things and add extra charges. It feels like there’s no flexibility, and everything just gets approved straight away without much explanation. Overall, not a good experience at all. I’d suggest saving yourself the headache and looking at other options.”
