“AVOID - this place is full of mould. There are serious H&S issues. J One is denying there were any issues, see photo included in my review. This is not only poor management but also a false statement. It is undeniable that there is indeed black mould where the A/C ouylet is. AVOID or call Municipality Baladiya to report any issues.”

“J ONE downtown is highly recommended for the stay. The staff here is co-operative, responds u quickly, especially Moustafa is very friendly towards his guests! 😇👍 Location is great, Dubai mall is 10 mins walk only. Cleanliness, ambience, location & services everything is great here. 😇♥️”

“The worst building ever , I live here since 2022 ,me and my husband were the first to live in this building it was supposed to be a residential tower in couple of months it became a hotel and holiday home so everyday you have different neighbours ( noisy , problem makers , smokers etc.. ) worst parking and worst apartment ever and i can't wait to leave when my house is ready .”
