“I live in this building where the rooms are spacious, the balcony is big, and the lifts work fine. However, the overall cleanliness of the building is quite poor. Cleaning is inconsistent, and one major reason for this is that some residents are not hygienic. This has ultimately led to a cockroach problem. The apartment opposite mine, in particular, is in a terrible state the tenant there is extremely careless, and his flat, including the main door, is infested with cockroaches. Because of that, they’ve started spreading into other apartments as well. I’ve already informed the owner, but no action has been taken yet. I’m willing to do pest control for my apartment, but what about the main corridor and common areas? At times, living in Dubai feels helpless with rising rents and limited housing options due to budget constraints, tenants are often left dealing with such issues while owners exercise complete monopoly”

“I wish I could give 0 star The management literally closed the Parking area all of sudden and not allowing us to enter With a notice that, if you want parking then pay Aed 1000 for a year In between the contract how can someone do that If anyone is planning to stay in this building in near future, Do Avoid. Bad Maintenance, cockrorchs and always new new drama from Management and owner”

“The owner will scam you with No commission But in between the contract, he will give you surprises 1st he asked additional for Garbage, then he asked additional for kids play area, now he removed all the vehicles out from parking and asking Aed 1000 additional for parking. Stay away from this scam”

“Unexpected additional Charges everytime He is charging separately for Garbage, charging separately for kids play area, now he has installed barrier in parking area and asking everyone to pay AED 1000 additional for parking, or take the car out The worst building ever Highly disappointed”
