“Wonderfull residence, very welcoming and attentive staff. They all make you feel right at home. My entire family was always accommodated and was always taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well thought put, the restaurant is very welcoming. One of the strongest points of the Residence is the private residence pool. Great design and feeling , and it is a especially welcoming and luxurious place thanks to the two gentlemen working here Nahom and Adams, who every day for the past months we have been living here had made every day special and catered to all of our needs.”

“Wonderfull residence, very welcoming and attentive staff. They all make you feel right at home. My entire family was always accommodated and was always taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well thought put, the restaurant is very welcoming. One of the strongest points of the Residence is the private residence pool. “Marsa al Arab Residence is an unique place to stay or live. Besides living in a beautiful apartment and resort, you are surrounded by wonderful people and a special thanks is reserved to Adams&Rammi@Nahom, the pool boys. Catalin S & family”

“Marsa Al Arab Residences are a truly high-end gem in Jumeirah 3. Beautifully designed with excellent finishes, the spaces feel modern, elegant, and very well thought out. The private pool and residents-only restaurant add a lovely sense of exclusivity, making it feel more like a boutique resort than a residence. A fantastic location and an overall great place to live if you’re looking for comfort, privacy, and understated luxury.”
