“Extremely disappointing experience. Since moving into the property, I have been dealing with multiple unresolved issues, including AC failures, persistent sewerage odors, poor maintenance follow-up, and ongoing disruptions caused by repair works. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. Every time I raise a concern, I am redirected to another party—Swiss Property, Aspire Lux, maintenance, or building management—with no one taking ownership or providing a permanent solution. As a resident, I should not have to spend my evenings and weekends chasing updates, coordinating with contractors, and repeatedly following up on issues that should have been resolved long ago. For a property that promotes luxury living and carries a premium brand name, the level of service and responsiveness has been far below expectations. Despite numerous complaints and assurances that issues would be fixed, the problems continue to persist. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both maintenance standards and customer service for current and future residents”

“Exceptional Location and Views. Just unbelievable Gaia Park made exclusively to Residents (none of the recent projects were able to offer anything similar to Gaia park). Quality of exteriors, quality of interiors. Miele kitchen appliances. It’s 5* Residential Living among greeneries and close to the only wildlife sanctuary in Dubai.”
