From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“My nice has a town house from them and the build quality is awful, they don't response to any issues in the property When ever you speak to them they just fob you off We thought we give them a chance and things are still not sorted. So I wouldn't buy from them”
