“Larimar apartment in Barsha1 is the best and I am not saying this because I live in it. I have seen many buildings old and new. Every building has its own drawbacks. Some are too small, some are noisy, maintenance issues etc. you get the feel of perfection in all aspects the moment you enter the building. Wide lobby, polite and caring security, proactive Better Homes, spacious rooms, amazing view. During New Year celebrations, building management decided to open the terrace till 12:30 AM for residents to enjoy new year fireworks. I don’t see any other management so considering.”

“Larimar apartment in Barsha1 is the best and I am not saying this because I live in it. I have seen many buildings old and new. Every building has its own drawbacks. “We’ve been living at Larimar Apartment for over 3 years now, and it truly feels like home. The building is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with security cameras throughout, which gives us great peace of mind. Faisal has been our main point of contact and has always been approachable and helpful. Elisa has also been fantastic in assisting us with any formalities—both of them have made our stay here smooth and pleasant. The rooftop and gym are always spotless, which we really appreciate. We just hope the rent doesn’t increase too much, because it’s hard to imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home.”

“We have been living in Larimar Apartments in Barsha for several years now, and it truly feels like home. The moment you enter the building, there's a warm and welcoming vibe. The facilities for tenants including a well-maintained gym and pool are excellent. The building is always clean. It's also very well connected, with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro station nearby. The security team is always alert, and the maintenance staff are prompt and helpful. Special thanks to the building managers, Faizal and Elisa, who are incredibly cooperative and professional. Overall, it's a beautifully maintained property with a peaceful environment. I highly recommend it.”

“Being as old a tenant as the building, speaks for itself. 5 years now and building is still as good as new. One in which diversity is respected and celebrated with utmost vigor and respect. Maintenance is timely and prompt and a very efficient onsite team ready to assist. Great facilities in the building and again all kept spotless and well maintained. Highly recommended and a great place to call home.”

“We have been living in this tower for 4 Years. One of the best buildings in Barsha. Building Maintenance team is excellent and service response time is very quick. We really enjoyed our stay in this building.”
