“Nice building, nice location, easy exit and entry of JVC, nice pool with bbq area. Steam room and lounge room available. Three quite fast lifts. Good view with no buildings to block. Spacious one bedroom with laundry room”

“⚠️ Serious Warning ⚠️ The building management is extremely poor and suffers from unacceptable neglect across all services! For over a year, the pool chairs have been broken and torn, and despite dozens of complaints, no one responds or takes any action to fix them. The pool itself is always dirty and green, clearly showing a complete lack of regular maintenance. As for the gym, it’s practically useless — it only has two worn-out machines and is not fit for use. Unfortunately, the management is unprofessional, rude, and completely ignores the residents. I strongly advise anyone against renting in this building — it’s truly a frustrating and disappointing experience on every level.”

“'ve been living in this building for over two years, and it was fantastic when the in-house maintenance staff managed the property and its facilities. However, ever since the management switched to Infinity, the building's condition has deteriorated drastically. The pool and common areas have been neglected, and the AC units in many apartments, including mine, are malfunctioning. Infinity’s management is nearly impossible to reach, and their maintenance staff seems inexperienced and unable to resolve issues. The corridor on my floor is covered in black mold, and despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to address it for weeks. If this poor management continues, the building will become uninhabitable soon. It's disheartening to see such a beautiful property fall into disrepair so quickly.”

“The building was good 3 years ago then no one take care of the building pool is always out of service, building is not clean, every couple of months new management company and nothing change to better always getting worst”

“Been living here for 6 months. Wonderful building, great staff, always clean. There is but one problem. For the last 2 months, the jacuzzi heater has not been working. This is despite me having made multiple employees aware of this many times. I just checked (7pm at night), and the jacuzzi is currently colder than the pool itself. I'd ask managment to kindly attend to the jacuzzi heater. Once fixed, I'll gladly upgrade my rating to a 5.”
