Lawnz by Danube is a development of three towers in International City, Dubai. The towers are Lawnz by Danube Block 2, Lawnz by Danube Block 3 and Lawnz by Danube Block 4. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2018. It has 4 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. مدينة العالمية 1 Metro station is a 12-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 6 places to eat, 4 shops and 2 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 39k a year for a studio.

“The worst experience ever. Stayed there for a couple of months, could not stand it any more. The good part: 1. The concept. It was not bad, 4 blocks surrounding the main facilities: a pool, gym, party hall, play ground, basketball and tennis courts, running track. It looks nice, especially in the evening with the lights on. 2. Apartments are fully furnished and fitted. quite spacious. 1 beds have a sliding partition, so you can turn it into a 2 bedroom. The bad part: 1. The quality of the construction and furniture is terrible. Everything is falling apart, paint is peeling off, dirt, roaches, dark parking stinks piss. 2. The quality of the managing company is as terrible as the one above.…”

“Been living here since 2022 and it’s been great experience. The community is very nice and friendly and relaxing. Was thinking of moving to Opalz also by Danube but it was smaller outside area. All the amenities and facilities are great. Would recommend for singles and also small families.”

“It’s a nice compound of 4 blocks of low rise buildings with retail shops on the ground floor, plenty of amenities just perfect for family living and good management services. The development is around 5 years old and located on an easy entry exit point. Rents are affordable and reasonable for the facilities that the residents are offered to.”

“I got a job in Al Warsan and looked all over the area and International city. I then moved to Lawnz 6 months ago and it’s by far the best place and got the best facilities. I love using the gym, swimming pool and the running track outside. Also when my friend comes we have a game of tennis. The barbecue and the party hall is great as I’m planning a party. Would recommend it’s a great place to live and good community.”

No one cares about anything, except for the the first time they see you and start asking you the same questions multiple times, saying that you are not allowed to park here or do this. People and their kids shouting till 3am outside, so you can't open your window. 3. Location. It stinks. There is a sewerage treatment plant next to it. It feels like living in a dumpster, no open windows again. Next to it is International City, which was meant to be a good place but turned into slums.”

“Review (Strong Version): The building atmosphere is good, but the security guards are behaving like gangsters. Their attitude is completely unacceptable — even towards women. Very rude and arrogant behavior. One of my family guests came to visit, and when I asked about guest parking, the guard said it was full. But there was clearly an empty parking space. When I questioned him, he openly said he was keeping it for someone because he had received cash for it then he said park outside of the building.it mean in the road. This is pure corruption and abuse of position. Such people completely ruin the reputation of the building. The management should take immediate action against such behavior.”

“Very Bad! When I moved in, there was a two-week delay, even though I had completed all my payments on time. Now, after several weeks of trying to get a move-out approval, nothing has changed — all utility bills are paid, but nobody seems in a hurry to issue the final document. Endless calls and emails from my side, asking them to simply do their job, are completely ignored. The service is very poor. I believe tenants should be treated differently — with respect, understanding, and proper support. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. I wouldn’t recommend living in this building to anyone. If you want to waste your time, energy, and patience dealing with unanswered calls and unhelpful staff — then this is the place for you.”
