The security staff are rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional, and completely uninterested in residents’ problems.

The shared facilities are a disaster:
• The swimming pool is dirty and poorly maintained
• The gym is neglected; half of the equipment is not working, and nothing gets fixed despite multiple complaints over months
• Table tennis and billiards exist only “on paper” — they do not work
The apartment is full of bugs, and hygiene standards in the building are very poor. Particles fall out of the air conditioning and accumulate on the floor every night. A large portion of the furniture is damaged, dirty, and barely functional.
The cleaning staff behave in a highly inappropriate manner — if you are a woman or a young woman, expect uncomfortable stares and a strong feeling of discomfort.
If you plan to rent long term, be prepared for the rent to increase every month until you eventually move out. They will also do everything possible to avoid returning your deposit, inventing reasons and blaming existing damage.
The internet is terrible. After multiple requests to replace it (even after offering to pay for it ourselves), they simply said “no” without any explanation and stopped responding to messages.
Noise in the building is unbearable:
• Children run, jump, and scream in the stairwells at all hours
• Parents do nothing
• Despite numerous complaints, nothing changes
• The fire alarm goes off up to 20 times a day, often in the middle of the night
• There is construction across the street, causing 24/7 noise
Sound insulation is awful. You can hear absolutely everything — walking, talking, whispering, and even neighbors turning on their air conditioning. It is so bad that my girlfriend was frightened at night because it sounded like someone was inside the apartment.
In conclusion, the management only cares about taking your money. There is no concern for tenants, no professionalism, and no basic order or peace.
Overall — a complete disaster. Avoid this building at all costs.”

“Filthy place, not clean at all, the gym is disgusting and doesn’t have any material, kids are extremely loud on the hallway and at the pool it’s unbearable. The fire alarm goes on and off for at least half an hour almost every day multiple times !! This is just a gross place with owners not even bothered cleaning ACs or repairing humidity problems in their apartment. You should be ashamed”

“Very bad place. My car scratched 5 days before at the ground parking and nobody took responsibility because they said no camera for that parking spot. The scratch is almost 4-6k AED when I go to the mechanic. When I ask for question to the security some Indian security guy said me we are not responsible and talk about it is my fault.”
