“Luckily, I’ve already left this building. Don’t choose it, you won’t be comfortable living there. The AC costs are among the highest I’ve seen in Dubai, around AED 1,000/month for a 1BR in summer. The gym is very small with outdated equipment. There are also issues with leaking ceilings and mold on the walls. Also, the building management, Asteco, tends to make things unnecessarily difficult for residents.”

“If you want a space that is budget friendly and at the same time well connected this is your destination, I like the apartments and also the swimming pool is very private despite being surrounded by flats and balconies, nobody bothers you and the security is very well trained. Bonus there is a choitrams downstairs which is well stocked with all kinds of food even international foods.”

“Great building with all amenities and large size apartments. You get 24/7 Grocery store, 24/7 Pharmacy, Clinic, ATM, Laundry, Barber shop, Ladies Salon, Vet Clinic in the building itself. Ample free parking around. Bus stop in front of the building. Close to entry and exit on both main roads. Best building in the area for families.”

“Great building in JVC. Good location, great size apartments. In terms of services, people should have realistic expectations(I’m referring to those who put less than favourable reviews here). This is Dubai, the skills of the workforce are very limited…so one needs to have patience and understanding of how they do things here.”

“Apartments are decent. However, due to ongoing construction nearby, there is lot of noise which makes living in the building very difficult. We moved out of the building because of the ongoing construction.”

“If this is the last place in Dubai then go for it. Cooling is an issue. Many owners don't care and 100 of Gray market brokers are selling and once you pay them they disappear. Do not waste time to reach anyone you think as they have good connections to pull strings in their favor. Beautiful building but the worst owners and management.”
