“LIV Marina is a very nice apartment. It is located right next to the Marina, so this building is in a very beautiful location. This building is located right next to Marina Drive. This tall building is very beautiful to look at and the interior designs and rooms are very luxurious. This building is located right next to the Golden Gate Luggage Store. People living in the LIV Marina building have luggage delivery service from the Golden Gate Luggage Store. The Golden Gate Luggage Store is open 24 hours a day.”

“I want to give special recognition to Samia at the concierge desk at LIV Marina. She is truly exceptional - always welcoming me with a bright smile and a kind attitude. Samia goes out of her way to help with anything I need, no matter how big or small, and she does it with genuine care and professionalism. Her warmth and positive energy make every interaction a pleasure. She’s an absolute credit to the LIV Marina team! I’d like to give a special mention to Atiq, the doorman at LIV Marina. He’s always so welcoming and respectful - every time I enter the building, he greets me with a genuine smile and kindly opens the door. His positive attitude and professionalism create such a warm and pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s small gestures like his that truly make LIV Marina feel like home. I’d like to highlight Varun at LIV Marina for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He always takes the time to show me the amenities whenever needed and ensures that my clients feel completely welcomed and well-informed about the building.
