“I went there to check 1 bedroom apartment for me but security guy tried to give me some agents number so he could make some money off! Then I went somewhere else and got apartment in DAMAC building without involving agent .”

“This building is the only one probably in the world that hasn’t adapted to that people are WFH due to the pandemic. If you own a nursery, this is the best place for you! The majority of the day , there is consistent loud noises from children playing in a very tiny spot (yet within every 500m around the building there are parks). One cannot have any decent work calls ever during business hours , it’s a kind of loud that l haven’t (nor any of my visitors) have ever experienced! The noise doesn’t stop , at night it’s adults having loud conversations on balconies. Ohh let’s talk about the hygiene or lack thereof… it really isn’t fitting of its location, it is more of those over crowded BurDubai buildings type… simple due to the inability to maintain good hygiene and noise levels… I would not recommend anyone to move here.”

“Lolena Residence features many urban lifestyle amenities. Residents can enjoy retail facilities, jogging and cycling tracks in the area. The tower provides marvellous fitness facilities, which include steam and sauna rooms and Jacuzzi. it is easy to visit various restaurants and shopping malls located just a few minutes away.”
