“Terrible building, terrible management, and terrible maintenance. The building is extremely dirty and clearly not taken care of. The swimming pool is neglected, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. Management is completely unresponsive and does nothing to improve the living conditions. There is 24/7 noise in the building, making normal life and rest impossible. Despite multiple complaints, security did absolutely nothing to control or resolve the issue. Do not be fooled by the 5-star reviews – they are clearly fake and do not reflect the reality of living here. This place is poorly managed, badly maintained, and not worth the stress”

“Terrible building, terrible management, and terrible maintenance. The building is extremely dirty and clearly not taken care of. The swimming pool is neglected, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. Management is completely unresponsive and does nothing to improve the living conditions. There is 24/7 noise in the building, making normal life and rest impossible. “It’s in Jumeirah Village Circle, which has access to major roads like Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. There are nearby parks, shops, schools etc. Makes daily life easier”

“The management at Lorena Building is seriously lacking. Communication is poor, and issues take forever to get resolved. The pool is always dirty and clearly not maintained properly. As for the gym, it's extremely basic — just a few outdated machines and barely any space. you'd expect way better amenities and service.”

“Dirty pool with no filtration or maintenance, gym is very basic, windows not sealed properly, smelly AC units The problem is no one from management care to fix those things they just add those ambitions to increase the value but not for usage”

“Lorena Tower's commitment to security is commendable. The building is equipped with advanced security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control. “The maintenance team at Lorena Towers is amazing! They're always on top of things and respond quickly to any issues. I had a problem with my shower, and they fixed it the same day. They're friendly and efficient and really care about making sure everything is in tip-top shape. Living here, I feel like I'm in good hands when it comes to maintenance.”
