“I have no issues with the security guards or the actual apartment (that’s all good). Why the one star is that I have to deal with living in a building where the fire alarms go off every single day, multiple times a day (3-4 times at a minimum). I have a seven month old daughter who is woken up by these alarms all the time. It is no sane way to live. When speaking with Joyal and Adventus (the property management company) they blame external factors and not take responsibility as a property management company. They give false guarantees. They sent someone to “clean” the fire alarms and guaranteed it won’t keep happening any more. Guess what, less than 24 hours later it goes off and continues to go off 4 more times. The fire alarm system in this building is not properly maintained and having 4-5 false alarms go off every day, especially with such a young baby is extremely difficult to deal with. Now, we live in a building where no one in this building will ever trust the fire system so if the worst case scenario happened, no one would bat an eye at the alarms and continue with their day. You can imagine how much this has taken over our lives for me to have to go and write this review at 6am in the morning on a Saturday after 3 alarms have just gone off waking my family and I up and now having to console a 7 month old daughter. Don’t move or buy a property in the building as long as this property management company is taking care this building…”

“Lucky Residence is an okay place to live. The apartments have a modern and cozy vibe, though they’re definitely on the smaller side. Amenities are pretty basic, nothing to get excited about, and sadly, the lovely Marina views it once had are now blocked by ongoing construction of three new buildings right in front. That also means there’s quite a bit of noise throughout the day. One quirky thing to note: there’s a NOON storage right next to the lobby, so the street is usually packed with delivery riders and bikes. It gives the place a bit of a chaotic vibe downstairs. Overall, it’s alright if you’re looking for a compact, modern apartment and don’t mind the buzz outside.”

“I am living in this building for past 8 months. I have no complains here whatsoever. The building staff is very responsive, near and clean hallways, air fresheners throughout the building. Haven't seen a single bug in the building. Even though this building is not among new ones but it has maintained it's quality standard till today”
