From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I had a great experience today during my registration and fingerprinting process. The entire team was extremely friendly, professional, and supportive. A special thank you to Bovis, who was incredibly helpful in guiding me through all the registration requirements and making the whole process smooth. I also want to thank the security team and the reception staff especially Sam and Srikanth, for their kindness and support. It was my first time visiting the building parking area and I even got lost in the parking area 😂. One of the reception team members kindly came to help me find my way which I really appreciated. Thank you all for the excellent service and warm welcome. It made a great first impression!”

“Great building minus the fact that the management treats it like it’s an embassy. So strict and there’s no accommodation for residents to be able to do anything - they complicate anything with guest visits, furniture moving, maintenance, etc.. super annoying.”

“A special thanks to Benjamin, he was very supportive from day one. He took the time to show me all the different apartment layouts, helping me find the perfect home. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up choosing an apartment that I absolutely love. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He connected me with the real estate team for the rental process, assisted in facilitating all the move-in requirements and paperwork, and was always available to answer any questions I had. On move-in day, he helped me set up all my security access and passcodes, ensuring everything was working properly, and reassuring me that if I encountered any issues in the apartment, he would promptly arrange maintenance assistance. He also made the moving process much smoother by helping coordinate access for the movers. Above all, Benjamin’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful time. I am extremely grateful for all his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service.”
