“Our AC has not been working for the last 2 days. We have been trying continuously to get in touch with the team, but there has still been no proper response from their side. The maintenance service is really poor and disappointing. On top of that, they are not even allowing us to arrange maintenance from outside, which is making the situation even more frustrating.”

“The maintenance of the building is in very bad shape, no lifts and no communication from maintenance or security on when the lifts will start working properly.It has become a labour camp building now. Possibly there are 15 to 20 people staying in a flat and are very difficult for families to leave.”

“Security person is very unprofessional.Has no idea of dealing with customers wearing sleepers on duty dirty shirt and smelling.Behavior with customers and building residents is very unprofessional”
