“I came home from work only to find that the elevator was not working again, as usual. Out of the two elevators, one has been out of service for a very long time, and no one seems to care about fixing it. The other works one day and is out of order for many days. There are many elderly residents in this building. How are they supposed to climb to the sixth floor every day under these conditions? The management only seems to care about collecting the rent, not about maintaining the building or the comfort and safety of its residents. We need an immediate solution. This is, without a doubt, the worst building I have ever lived in.”

“Many nights with strong smell of sewage and garbage in this community because of a waste management plant not far away from here. - As per the community management. Apart from the 0 noise insulation you have in the apartments in this community and the accumulated dust in Dubai South, the support behind it is great, pool facility great and so are the receptionists.”

“It's a family and quiet place. Apartment as are nice, modern and clean. Has big garden and a big playground for kids. Also the swimming and gym are big a modern. The people who live are kind. Also the staff who works here are very polite and helpful.”

“Good location, easy access to E611 (Emirates Road) and E77 (Expo Road). The building is nice, six-storey; and the corridors look like a hotel corridor. But the ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS NOT WORKING, and this has been the case for the last two years. There is a nice community club with an amazing gym and swimming pool. Community could be better, before it was clean but recently, the common areas/parks are full of dog feces. Tip: 14 series has the best layout for 1BR, especially if you’re looking for a big balcony.”

“Love this place, it’s a small community with 13 buildings, maintenance is really nice it’s done by kaizen. Amazing gym, a beautiful place to live if you are working at jafaz, dip, or near by areas, near to new airports. The place is really calm and safe to live . I stayed there to 5 years. Feel like a resort life there..”

“I’m here since 2 months and it’s the Worst building ever , the flats was used a lot and too mush cockroaches plus to very bad maintenance I have asked so many times and yet they didn’t fix anything and when I moved I found out too much rust everywhere and cockroaches Yesterday I reached home late and it’s flooding with water and my things completely damaged And the real much worse than pictures Because of the explosion of the water pipe during my absence all the flat was flooding with water later the lights in the sealing start making electrical sounds like burning. Completely dangerous flat due to lake of maintenance and not being honest in doing job correctly!!!!!!! Water and electricity can cause fire and it’s the building management mistake”
