“I have been living in this building for less than a month, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The swimming pool has already been closed twice for several days for “maintenance,” even though the building is brand new. On top of that, the pool closes at 8 PM, making it almost impossible to use for anyone who works during the day. Another issue is the car washing that takes place inside the parking. I paid one of the car washers for a monthly service, and after taking my money, he disappeared. When I reported this to the management, they refused to help, claiming that no car washing takes place on the property. Meanwhile, the parking levels are constantly dirty because cars are washed there every day. Water is left on the floor for hours, creating a damp, smelly environment, and nobody cleans up the puddles or dirty streaks afterward. Security allow unauthorized car washers onto the property—one of whom took my money and disappeared—yet they create unnecessary obstacles for legitimate delivery drivers and furniture movers. At the same time, I regularly see suspicious-looking people wandering around the building. They don’t appear to be residents or workers, as they carry no tools or equipment. It feels like they simply come inside to escape the heat and enjoy the air conditioning. Finally, be prepared for a nightmare if you are moving into this building. Management creates unnecessary paperwork, refuses to accept electronic signatures, and often isn’t available because they are “sick” or dealing with an “emergency.” You are expected to adjust to their schedule just to sign documents in person, and if they are absent, nothing is left with security to keep the process moving. They also create unnecessary problems for furniture deliveries and move-ins. What should be a simple move becomes an exhausting and frustrating experience. Overall, I expected much better from a new residential building.”
