“Good location first of all, the view was breathtaking and the place was neat too. My friends and I stayed here for our holidays and we had a wonderful time. Especially cause we could walk to beach and oh! the Marina Mall is also very close. 😊 I highly recommend!”

“I have lived in Al Majara Emaar and now in Marina Quays Emaar, and I have to say the management of Marina Quays is very irresponsible. My flat has been damaged because of the roof leaking for the entire building, now the Management is ignoring my calls for help. Not only that. The parking spaces are very dirty and dark, half of the lights are turned off for no apparent reason. The corridors use very dimmed lights, which creates a depressive atmosphere in the building. I had AC maintenance in my flat, they told me the chilled water (which is Emaar responsibility) is just regular water, which is incorrect - it should be infused with chemicals for anticorrosion qualities. The building is running down because of irresponsible management. Shame that EMAAR can tolerate this.”

“Been here 10 years as an owner. As many people highlight, it is a great building and good location. But, the last 5 years the management of this community has been horrific and only getting worse. Poor communication, complete mismanagement of the fees collected by owners, poor quality work, misinforming residents on root causes (on the Emaar side) causing issues within units, owner committee members being ignored when demanding answers or progress updates. So disappointing to see this for an Emaar property!”

“Update2: today the “management” cut electricity to half the building without notice. You’re on your own fighting a huge bureaucracy where no one is responsible for anything. Update; the building is close to unlivable due to the constant noise from the party boats on the water and honking cars from two sides. Security does nothing. Authorities don’t respond to pleas for help from residents either. The building is nice (although aging quickly), but the management is absolutely horrific. The amount of incompetence is just staggering. Security does not make anything secure, maintenance is ineffective and no one on the ground can either solve a thing or just answer a question. The view is great, but the noise from the road on both sides is excessive - people are honking all day and all evening / night, you can hear it even on the 30th floor.”

“Super noisy. The other day, we lost power to the top 10 floors. The 'community management' is the most incompetent organisation I've seen in my life. They send you a notice about a 6-hour power outage 15 minutes after it starts. No one is responsible for anything, the staff is clueless. update The traffic is getting unbearable. Security will agree with anyone but the tenants and will harass you for everything”

“Too much car klaxon noises. In 60 seconds, you can hear 30 times klaxon. The building and location is nice but the klaxon noise brings everything away.”
