“Delivering to Avant and Oceanic Residence Towers, Marinascape Marina is extremely difficult. Bikes and scooters are not allowed inside, while cars are. Riders must park 200 meters away and walk, which wastes time and energy. This policy shows clear disrespect toward delivery riders. If I receive orders from this location, I will have no option but to cancel. Sorry to the residents—this issue needs to be fixed by management.”

“I have lived in MarinaScape Avant for a year and the living experience at the time was very pleasant , the staff are friendly and helpful . While moving out, the AC related issues and Building management related to Cooling was a huge issue and was a pain during the move out ... a painful process of 6 month with irresponsible and late reactivity.”
