“Overall, I did not like this hotel at all, and it certainly did not meet my expectations. As a guest staying at a five-star Marriott property, I expected a high level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in almost every aspect. The room was disappointing, the view did not meet our expectations, and the television and in-room facilities felt outdated for a hotel of this category. We also requested a better sea-view room, and despite the hotel not appearing to be fully occupied, our request was not accommodated. The service overall lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that guests would expect from a luxury Marriott property. Wh…”

“Overall, I did not like this hotel at all, and it certainly did not meet my expectations. As a guest staying at a five-star Marriott property, I expected a high level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in almost every aspect. The room was disappointing, the view did not meet our expectations, and the television and in-room facilities felt outdated for a hotel of this category. We also requested a better sea-view room, and despite the hotel not appearing to be fully occupied, our request was not accommodated. The service overall lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that guests would expect from a luxury Marriott property. While Anjali at the reception desk asked the manager for the upgrade courteous, and genuinely helpful, her efforts alone could not compensate for the overall shortcomings of the hotel. For a hotel carrying the Marriott name and five-star rating, the experience was surprisingly underwhelming. It did not meet the expectations set by the brand, and our stay left us disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers looking for a true five-star experience.”

“I would like to commend the whole staff, especially Alan and the breakfast buffet team, for their excellent service. There was also a staff member whose name I unfortunately cannot recall who checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very good stay from 28–29 May 2026. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and excellent service.”

“Great location, amazing staff, very spacious apartment, gym and pool was really good, breakfast was delicious and includes many options. The staff went out of their way to help us. The guy who attended to us when we wanted to check in early in the morning could.do with more customer service training.”
