“We have filed complaints with the property management for many years, but none of the issues have been properly addressed. There are water leaks throughout the residential building. The fire alarm siren goes off randomly almost every day. In addition, there is an unidentified machine next to the residence that produces extremely loud noise. Very poor service. Very poor service. Very poor service.”

“Illegal Rent Raise, Does Not Refund Deposit, and 0% Maintenance Before I share my experience, I tried to reach out to Kunoz Properties and ask for the contact information for a manager but after several requests by Raffy, a Kunoz employee would not respond to my request . Therefore, I am sharing my experience not to complain but to WARN potential tenants about the poor conditions the MAY Residence might offer. Illegal Rent Raise- I had lived at May residence for 2 years and the first year the rent went up per the law, however this year they raised it to 76% over contract making it impossible to adjust and when I questioned it they dismissed my concern it by saying : the market value is up now. Doesn’t Refund Deposit- Not only did they not refund my deposit, but they overcharged me to leave. At May Residence they will NOT issue a NOC for you to move until they do inspection and get DEWA and Chiller clearance. I asked for a pre- inspection, so I could have a chance to fix any issue, but they kept STALLING and the maintenance person Hamed did not respond to several messages. In the end, I had to pay 2,200 in total so they would issue a NOC for me to leave. Moving out – You have to give a 2,000 Aed check to Kunoz and a 2,000 Aed check to Security ( refundable) before they allow you to move out in case you decide to damage the property. Also, I had to sleep in an apt without electricity for 2 nights because they needed a NOC from Dewa. I explained that I am still living in the unit and won’t be leaving until moving day. They replied with “Move into your new flat first then move out.” My question is how I am supposed to live in my new place without furniture. This was the worst moving out experience I have ever experienced in the 10 years of living in the UAE. 0% Maintenance- During my stay an internal part in the AC unit broke, not my responsibility but I ended up paying for the part and labour. The building is in poor condition and with paint peeling off the walls almost immediately and the tenant is expected to pay for repaint. They do not offer any maintenance. There is only one gym and one pool for 5 buildings and the buildings are not clean and very noisy all day long. If you move here, you will be overcharged and you will not find peace here at May Residence. I advise you to keep looking for a property with better management. Respectfully.”

“Very nice and clean amazing smell.Classic residence. Specially family are Living the best building. Near main road Entry and exit. School,barber,laundry,supermarket in the down.. They are clean evry an hours to each area...and very well train staff working thare specially security block 2 he have good attitude and behaviour day time we visit this place..Thanks everyone.”

“this is not a family building. i've visited the block-1 its with full of bachelors (taxi drivers, careen and noon guys) every floor is full of bachelors.”
