“Very disappointing experience with the security guard Abdullah from Almufeed Security in front of Merano Tower. I fully respect building rules and had no issue complying with them. As I clearly told him: I accept the “what,” but the “how” matters. Unfortunately, the interaction was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of communicating politely and helping de-escalate the situation, his attitude became increasingly disrespectful, which turned an otherwise simple matter into a very frustrating experience. Additionally, on previous occasions some time ago, I personally experienced parking payments being collected in cash rather than through a machine or official payment method, which left me uncomfortable regarding the process. Professionalism, courtesy, and transparency should be expected from security staff at all times. Based on other reviews I later came across, it seems that similar concerns have been raised before, which is disappointing. I sincerely hope the company reviews its customer service standards and addresses these concerns appropriately.”

“Damac App is useless in this building as they still require the unit's owner/landlord to send email to them. Meaning even though you have paid your dues as a tenant you have to disturb the owner to send email to them even just for simply letting your son in to visit you. This is not how other Damac buildings operate, app requests are acknowledged. One of the worst buildings ever in terms of how they deal with people.”

“Damac Merano one of the best Residential Tower in Business Bay. It's near to Burj Khalifa and Near by Super Markets in just Few minutes walking Distance. I Was there For at least 11 months. Sometimes the roads are too busy other wise it is connected to main city. It is a business Hub. The Rooms are ok for a single person but it have 2 bedroom and 3 bedrooms with suite. Over all 4/5 rating I will give to it.”

“It has been a great experience so far. The receptionist and security have been professional and helpful with our moving in process. Our car registration for plate recognition was smooth and easy with the damac living app. The maintenance team were responsive to our requests. The minor issues were resolved within same day. Located on high floor, we can barely hear the surrounding traffic noise. The view of the canal is excellent at night. The room construction is sturdy. Common hall way area is clean. They have carried out pest control with prior email/letter to tenant. The traffic congestion in the area has been improved compared to last year (we used to live in Zada Tower which is located next to Merano Tower) Overall, we are satisfied with the service received.”
