From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Really loved those duplexes with private pool and jacuzzi concept ! Indeed one of a kind in jvc. Can’t wait to see it once the building is handed over . Perfect for both end users and investors form my point of view .”

“This project is seriously delayed! The handover was supposed to be in June 2025! But only 75% construction has been done! Buyers should claim delay fees via the DLD. Really disappointed with the developer! I hope they improve their performance for the other projects.”

“I recently came across AYS Developers while exploring property investment opportunities in Dubai. Visiting their office was a great experience—the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided clear guidance on available options. What stood out to me was their use of high-quality European materials and the strong reputation they have for after-sales support. I'm very excited to start my investment journey with them.”

“Delayed. We bought around October last year and were told the building would be completed December last year and handover Q1 this year. It’s still only 70% complete in Q2. So disappointing”
