What one reviewer said

“One of the worst real estate investment experiences I’ve ever had in the UAE. My experience with Binghatti has been extremely disappointing from both an investor and end-user perspective. 1. They cashed the handover cheque nearly 7 months before the actual handover date. Despite multiple complaints and requests, the amount was never refunded or adjusted. My funds were taken for months without justification, depriving me of the ability to invest or benefit from my own money during that period. 2. The project handover was significantly delayed compared to the date contractually communicated and committed. 3. The handover process itself was handled very poorly. The focus appeared to be on pus…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

The focus appeared to be on pushing units through delivery rather than genuinely resolving snagging and quality issues. Most concerns were treated superficially. 4. The post-handover maintenance quality during warranty has been unacceptable — especially recurring plumbing problems that have still not been resolved properly after almost 10 months. This has negatively impacted both the living experience and the investment value/rental potential of the unit. For a company positioning itself as a premium developer, the gap between branding and actual customer experience is massive. I strongly advise investors and buyers to think very carefully before investing in their projects unless there is serious improvement in customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support.”

“HORRIBLE PARKING EXPERIENCE as a visitor visiting a cafe in the canal side of the building. (Tara cafe) If the basement entrance has a big sign saying "VISITOR'S PARKING" and the gate is just open to all public without the use of any access cards and it just allows any car to go to the basement without there being any sign of the parking slot being "reserved" HOW WILL A PERSON KNOW ITS NOT A PLACE YOU CAN PARK??? The restaurant doesn't tell you where to park exactly and the security staff of the building was not present half the time. All the restaurant said was park in the visitor parking which is basically what the sign says right outside the basement and the gate is open too. After I parked at 8.30pm and left the cafe at 11.30pm there was an angry tenant from the building parked behind my car to block it cause this has happened to him several times before. The staff did not help to get my car out despite speaking to several of them and I waited till 2.00am! Until one of the security finally told me that the tenant is so angry he will only remove the car in the MORNING. SO I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. Incompetence of the security staff and failure to assist + tara cafe not taking any responsibility of this problem even though its happened to their customers several times! I had to go through the trouble and after ALL this the security this morning tells me I need to PAY FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING???! OH YEAH, and then they also said to me that the police will get involved and I'm lying about going to Tara cafe cause I didn't keep the hard copy of the bill with me until NEXT morning obviously. I did retrieve it from a picture I took luckily last night. Seriously heights of drama. Instead just stop misleading and misguiding customers and own up to it when you've done it SEVERAL TIMES TO SEVERAL CUSTOMERS.”
