“The overall experience in this building is very disappointing. The security guard is extremely rude and speaks in a harsh, aggressive tone, even when asked simple questions. It’s uncomfortable to deal with someone like that daily. Also, the corridors are never cleaned properly—we often have to clean the common areas ourselves. For the rent we pay, this level of service is unacceptable.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the management and staff behavior at this building. Specifically, the cleaning staff are overstepping their boundaries by acting as if they are the building managers or security personnel. I have been harassed by a cleaner who claims to be a ‘watchman’ and tries to dictate when I can or cannot use the building's pool facilities. It is highly unprofessional that the security team seems to be colluding with them instead of performing their actual duties. Residents should be able to use the facilities without being intimidated by staff members who are clearly confused about their job descriptions. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this unprofessional conduct and ensures that staff members remain within their designated roles. 👎👎👎👎”

“I had the worst experience ever. The building management is rude, disrespectful and dishonest. They had to fix my water issue but they were lazy and irresponsible. On top of that, they abused me and meanwhile I had to use neighbors washroom for almost a month. I would never recommend anyone to rent apartment in this building.”

“I'm getting disturbed from the gym in the same building due to its drum beat sound till late night, have complained several times to the office but there seems no responsible person take any action'”
