“Its nice building with good maintenance and security is very good at times bit strict but that ensure residence safety,however few critical points to note.I live their for five years. 1. The building's bedroom bathroom suffers from a critical flaw as water fails to drain properly, pooling on the floor due to a slope mistake, significantly impacting functionality and cleanliness. 2.As per tenancy agreement they require tenant to give at least 3 months notice and they follow strictly but in some cases they waive off if its their favorite tenant. they will put everything on owner and will never allow u to meet. Its one of their mangement technique. 3.when you vacate the apartment they will c…”

“From bad to worse.. insects and everything is broken and there's almost no maintenance for us, we've been waiting two months to replace the doors.”

Its one of their mangement technique. 3.when you vacate the apartment they will charge u for paint and try to charge wherever possible . The maintenance teams try to eat up as much as deposit possible . In my case ,after living their for 5 years i was eligible to get free paint which i did not avail but they still charge me for the paint. I am pretty sure that their owner may not be aware of all these tricks but they put it on him . So deal with them cleverly and in details ,unfortunately due to high demand this is not tenant market”

“don't trust the management team . They will increase minimum 30% rent after 1 year. So before take must read tenancy agreement and always note inform 90 days in advance to them if you are planning to leave, or else penalty is 3 month rent plus deposit amount will not give.”

“Very bad place to live..inside structure is very old..full of cockroaches and mites...very bad maintenance work and security..no privacy for females in gym and swimming pool.. bachelors accomodation is also allowed in this residential bldg..this building is fully ruled by security man who doesn't even let kids walk in the corridor..bullies them..not for good and decent family... especially families with small kids..”

“Very family friendly place, it has a swimming pool, gym and play area for kids within the premises. The kitchens for 2 BHK are inside and not right next to the drawing room, where one sees it the first when the enter the house, and the 2 bhks are spacious too. The 1 bhk flats are decent in size but have amenities such as designated laundry area, and 2 bathrooms. Although it was quite awesome management with Bu Haleeba builders, it is still a decent place with the new owners.”
