“Only good thing about this building is its location. • Never used facilities for more than once due to lack of cleaning and hygiene details. • I gave up on maintenance team long ago and I’m fixing apartment’s issues by myself. • Pests are available everywhere and almost always.”

“I don't like this building. It's maintainence is trash. It even looks ugly on outside and inside. It's not a good place to live in.”

“Let me be SO for real with you, this place is terrible, I lived here for a grueling FIVE YEARS, the house was literally falling apart, just today my cupboard FELL OFF ITS HINGES, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN. It damn near crushed my maid. Security is also terrible, they don’t even know how to operate a wheelchair, and they don’t even check the cameras, they’re just watching videos on their phone 24/7. Do not be lured here, you’d be better off living at Arabian Gate, because the only good thing here is the location, and Arabian Gate is far nicer of a place.”

“The location is great next to the park and rooms are spacious. Maintenance is not at all up to the mark and multiple follow-ups needed with real estate management.”

“The worst management company in all silicon, the building always need maintenance and the management company, ( homes plus homes) is very bad . Be sure they will eat the security deposit . Not recommended , try to avoid”

“Great location, poor management, you need to call several times to get something fixed They decided to stop allowing visitors to park in visitor parking even they are clearly labeled. The poor building management you can ever deal with ever”
