“If anyone wants to move here, PLEASE DON'T! I regret moving into this building. From the very 1st visit, I was lied to by the security that the building was just 5 years old, but in reality is way over 10 years. I have had experiences where the security guards have misbehaved, watch and comment on tenants, what they wear, lifestyle, and more!! The management of this old building increases the rents by 20% each year, inspite of this building being poorly maintained. Also unlike other building (newer) that considerately increase 5%/10%/15%.

“One of the worse buildings i ever lived in.
Slow maintenance
Birds leftovers on balconies with no will from management to take any actions.
Bad smells
Service lift always broken
High loud AC units
Poor quality windows allowing noises from outside,if you are light sleeper dont even check units here.
Management very aggressive,maintenance teams shows up randomly if you book service and if they dont find you home they tick the service as done and they move on.
Please avoid this building.
Bad smells coming from the wooden floor all year long.
Building competing with new buildings in the area in prices but not in quality or services.
Please do your proper search before moving here.
Both maintenance and management are aggressive. Only good people were security team members.”

“I’ve been living at national bond oasis for 10 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The location is extremely convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away, making it easy to get around and access everything I need. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern appliances that work flawlessly. The layout is practical and comfortable, providing plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate the building’s amenities, including the gym and secure parking, which are always well-kept and add great value to the living experience. One of the standout aspects has been the management team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants’ needs. Any maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently, which has made my stay stress-free. Additionally, the noise levels are minimal, and the neighbors are friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. The rent is reasonable for the quality and location of the apartment, offering great value for money. Had a grate time but at some point i felt something in my head ....
Realized it was a cockroach 🪳 and another one and an other one ....
Realized that my friend is struggling with this for 4 month now
Same on you zero meidenance.....
Notional Pest Oasis is the only name for this building.
So I am told that all tenants of this building have similar issues ....

“Do not ever think about renting in national bonds oasis.
- Poor maintenance, AC is not working during DUBAI summer and you have to chase them to fix it.
- unqualified maintenance team that needs multiple visits to solve a simple issue.
- Poor customer service, simply no one cares.
- Neighbors flick cigarette butts in balcony. And put birds food and water which turns your balcony into a mix of a garbage dump and bird waste space which is a clear health risk.
Stay away from this building. Will make sure to advise everyone I know not to rent here. Can’t wait to leave this building.”

“Today we talked to emdaad several times to fix this they havent came and they are not picking up the calls, super bad service , don’t recommend to live here very bad service, and i have a kid home they still wont pick up.”

I have suffered A/C issues since the last 3 months this year. I have pets and have complained several times to the building management about this issue. My home has gone days without A/C in the peak of this heat. Our facility is so smelly & disgusting, corridors oozing garbage water here & there, pests, stains here & there and just smell soooo bad. Upon asking the security the reason for such poor maintenance, he says they don't have a good mop. Where is the amount from the 20% rental increase each year being used? My heavy chain smoking neighbours cause my apartment to sink of cigarettes. I have complained 1M times & nothing was every done. Attached photos for reference!!”

“I lived in this building for 10 years and 17 days between 2011 and 2021. I moved in at a studio apartment in 2011 as a first resident as the building was new. I enjoyed the luxury of a new building with professional management ( that time the building was managed by the developer itself, Binghatti). Since 2015 when the building was sold, everything started to deteriorate due to incompetent management, however, I continued to stay there because I was connected with the building and had very nice memories. In 2020, I moved to 1 bedroom apartment in the same building then I moved out in 2021 as I left the country. The time I left, I was the senior of the building. If I go back to Dubai, there is a high chance I will stay in the same building to catch up with my old memories.”
