“I have been living in Nicholas Residence for two years and enjoy it.. the sigma home is a very nice facilities management which is providing always cooperative and very friendly environments.they keep the building very neat and clean.the building staff is also always.it is the best building if you wanna stay in JVC in Dubai.”

“Positive: The building itself is well located, cleanliness is good, the staff is good. Negative: the parking spaces are not respected, anyone parks in our spot, the pool is enclosed in an ugly view of construction work and it no longer breathes well, too bad, children scream in the corridors in the morning it passes in the evening horrible!!! What I regret most is the gym, the equipment is too old, worn, even dangerous for some equipment.”

“The residence is good, security is top-notch. We lived in a completely new apartment, so we had no complaints. The only downside is the construction, but in a couple of years this area will be fully built up and will have pedestrian zones, for now there is a small problem with them. Nearby there is a park where you can walk or walk a dog. The building has a cafe where they sell delicious coffee. Nearby there are supermarkets and cafes.”
