“I had a very disappointing experience with the security guard named Maria. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic manners when speaking to residents and visitors. Good communication and respectful behavior are essential for anyone in a customer-facing role, but unfortunately that was missing.
I strongly recommend that the management provide proper customer service and communication training to their security staff to ensure visitors and residents are treated with respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.”

“The sound insulation in this building is absolutely terrible. You can hear everything happening inside neighboring apartments, and they can hear everything you do as well. Even conversations and activities from the security staff are clearly audible.
For the price they charge, this level of noise insulation is completely unacceptable. It seriously affects comfort and privacy. I would not recommend living here unless you’re prepared to hear every little sound around you.”

“Nice building, but it feels like the developer cut costs wherever possible. The doors are of very poor quality and provide virtually no sound insulation—you can hear everything happening in the building. The washing machine is also extremely cheap and low quality, and it really should be replaced. Overall, the quality of these items is very disappointing, especially considering the price.”

“After living in Dubai for 14 years, this is by far the worst building I have lived in.
The soundproofing is extremely poor. You can hear conversations, doors slamming, furniture moving, and constant noise from neighbouring apartments very clearly. Since new neighbours moved into the apartment above mine, I have barely been able to sleep because of the noise coming from above. This has been an ongoing issue for months, and despite repeated complaints to management, nothing meaningful has been done to resolve it.
The building feels much more like a short-term holiday rental than a residential community. Many apartments appear to be used as Airbnb or holiday homes, creating constant traffic, noise, rubbish left around common areas, and very little respect for residents.
The resident app has not worked properly since the day I moved in, making bookings and access to building services unnecessarily frustrating.
The building is marketed as premium, but the quality does not reflect that at all. It is nowhere near the standard of an Ellington building in terms of construction quality, soundproofing, or overall resident experience.
The only consistently positive aspect of the building is the security (Charles & Maria) and maintenance staff (Bijay), who are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the overall living experience.
Overall, I would absolutely not recommend living here.”

“One of the worst buildings.. they fixed my apartment 2 times from bathroom being flooded yet no solutions and now it flooded for 3rd time. Worst building management. The only good thing is the security team so helpful.”

“Perfect building and management. Living here already second year. One of the cleanest buildings in whole JVC area. Security guys are helpful, cleaners clean everyday corridors, amenities and even the parking. Quite place, no construction nearby. If you like low rise boutique buildings with family oriented management, so welcome 🤝”

“The building is above average when compared to other buildings in JVC. Generally clean and the amenities are very good. The best thing about the building is the staff, and particularly security. They are some of the kindest and most professional people I ever encountered (especially Manoj and Pratikshya).
What’s not so good is the soundproofing of walls and windows. If you’re in a quiet room, you can hear your neighbors in the next apartment. Obviously, you’ll easily hear what’s going on outside. There’s a padel tennis court in the middle of the complex, so if you’re in an apartment facing the swimming pool / court, you will be hearing people playing all day long.
Additionally, there are many apartments in the building that are used as Airbnb, so the building gives more of vacation rental home vibes rather than a family building, which might be good or bad, depending on what you’re looking for.”
