The gym is dirty and unusable, and the swimming pool is not working. The parking area is also very badly organized and inconvenient. “Very disappointing experience living in this building. The smell in the building is terrible and unpleasant most of the time. The elevators are in very poor condition . The gym is dirty and unusable, and the swimming pool is not working. The parking area is also very badly organized and inconvenient. Overall, the management seriously needs to improve the maintenance and quality of the building.”

“Calm and quite place to live. Most of the flat's rooms are having beautiful views trough glass walls. It has a small leasure pool, gym, a small supermarket, barbar shop etc. at the ground floor. It has three level basement parkings for residents. AC chiller's electricity used to be born by the owner.”

“They have the worst maintenance services. Build quality is low and the whole vibe if the building is very gloomy. This building is not recommended at all if you are looking for long term contracts.”

“Best layout not commercial layout like other building . You feel the space comparing to other building in JVC with same price. Management and building staff are friendly. Access to supermarket. Lovely view and privacy. The balconies are well designed with privacy and space . You can’t see your neighbors or hear anything comparing to other buildings where you need always to use curtains. Full day light is good to save your dewa bills + free chiller. Fast response from maintenance team. Regular pest control and windows cleaning. Very comfortable parking slots. Space for yoga and children yards. Best layout for me is x04 with huge living room 8m , balacony , kitchen and well designed bedroom. Abdulsattar from management team is very polite and friendly person helps you with all your needs .You feel like family management building and they don’t aim to deal with you in commercial way comparing to other building developers that they do their best to get last coin in your pocket. Only concern is swimming pool and gym need some refreshments to look new again.”
