“I regret buying an apartment in this building. In just 3 months, I’ve realized how unprofessional and ridiculous the Deyaar Community Management is: • Pool: Never cools down, despite countless reminders and emails. • Barbecue area: You need to pay a 1,000 AED deposit just to use it — that’s more expensive than dining at a 5-star hotel. And the rules? Completely absurd. You can barbecue but can’t smoke a cigarette. Even worse, you can’t use the jacuzzi if you’re barbecuing — it’s either/or. • Electric car parking: There are charging sockets, but they’re “not operational.” One of the main reasons I bought here was for these amenities, and they turned out useless. • Management behavior: Despite…”

“Terrible management, our tenant wanted to move in (24.12.) with a grace period over Christmas as is customary and the contract officially runs until 1.1.2026! The security guard insulted me and all of this in front of our tenant who has already paid everything. Joseph also wasn't in the mood to conduct negotiations. I therefore recommend that Iman change management because this is not the first case! Merry Christmas”

No one ever bothers to call me back — except the one time they wanted to collect the quarterly service charges, which are ridiculously high given the zero value provided. • Overall vibe: Feels like living in a prison where every single move requires permission. Deyaar Community Management only cares about collecting money, not about providing service or maintaining the promised amenities. The building is full of empty promises, fake facilities, and unnecessary restrictions. Save yourself the headache — there are far better communities in Dubai managed by more professional companies.”

“I live here since the building was launched around 8 months. Great vibe. Great architecture. However still no phone coverage in gym, corridors of apartment and other areas. Staff is co operative. UPDATE : after 1 year we have 100% du coverage all over the bldg”

“Quiet area in JVC with fast connections. The building is well-appointed, well above average. The 2 pools and the rooftop terrace are fantastic. Only the gym is a bit small, but it is very well equipped. Service team is very friendly and the garage is very large.”
