“I live here … the view is amazing, community great. But the building itself has some issues The parking should be closed, not open walls (can be fixed by a glass panels) as all cars get very dusty and dirty after a short time when parked in Parking The neighbors (Five Palm, Bohemia etc) bring lots of music bass/noise making it impossible to sleep without earplugs sometimes”

“EMAAR Palace beach resident security management behavior with delivery people is very bad They don't have manners how to talk with people Totally waste of time I neaver come this places again Very disappointed 🔥💯👎”

“For deliverey travel 700m. both have entrance but security say only enter from T 2 side and walk to T1 700m very bad management best waste time 25 minute every order for this Tower”

“As beautiful as the building is and the views I have, it’s completely ruined by the 24/7 construction going on opposite it. It’s 2am I am hearing so much banging and trucks outside. Don’t even get me started on the traffic, takes over an hour to get out.”
