“I’ve had a horrible experience with the building management. I requested and paid for a new parking access card, but despite making the payment in March 2026, I still haven’t received it. The building manager has been extremely unprofessional and has ignored several of my follow-up emails and reminders. It’s very disappointing to pay for a service and then receive no communication or resolution for months. I hope this issue will finally be addressed.”

“Building is good and cleaning team is doing well. I'm wondering about security on the parking side. Most of the times some car occupy my parking leave me to suffer. I complained all the time to security to no use. Even today I'm writing this with same scene. I pay for rent and for parking but someone park there. It's annoying and frustrating. Pantheon Management held accountable to end this peaceless crisis.”

“I have never experienced such terrible management in my life. The management team of Pantheon Elysee is absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless about residents or tenants. Even with a valid Ejari and all payments cleared, they block access to apartments because of the owner’s internal issues with management — something tenants have nothing to do with. They have zero communication skills, no coordination, and no respect for tenants’ time or legal rights. You can call or email them countless times and still get no proper response. They make everything complicated, delay check-ins, and show complete irresponsibility in handling any matter. It’s shocking that a property of this scale is run with such disorganization and arrogance. If you are planning to rent or buy here — think twice. The management of Pantheon Elysee will make your experience frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. Absolutely the worst management team I’ve dealt with in Dubai.”

“The apartment is stunning, and the landlord is among the kindest people in Dubai. However, the building management is inferior. The manager is extremely rude, careless, cynical, and unprofessional. We were trying to assemble our furniture and curtains on a Sunday at 2 pm, but the notices around the building don't specify specific times or days for drilling. Despite this, he didn't allow us and even threatened me over the phone. When we tried again on Monday at 7 pm, the workers were again not allowed to proceed. The communication is awful, the rudeness is consistent, and the security often uses his mobile for personal matters as he's on duty.”
